Systematic Reviewer

Simone is a Systematic Reviewer for the Specialist Unit for Review Evidence (SURE) and has a PhD in Psychology (Cardiff Metropolitan University). Simone’s PhD focused on occupational stress and wellbeing of performing artists. Simone joined SURE in 2018 and has experience in all aspects of the review process including protocol and search development, critical appraisal, data extraction, and evidence synthesis. Simone has worked on evidence reviews for NICE, NIHR, Welsh Government, What Works Centre for Children’s Social Care, and the Centre for Homelessness Impact. Simone is also involved in teaching systematic review methods for the SURE Systematic Review course. In her role with CEDAR, Simone provides systematic review expertise for Health Technology Assessments and evidence synthesis projects.
