Systematic Reviewer

Simone is a Systematic Reviewer for the Specialist Unit for Review Evidence (SURE) and is currently completing a PhD in Psychology, examining occupational stress and well-being (Cardiff Metropolitan University). Simone joined SURE in 2018 and has experience in all aspects of the review process including protocol and search development, critical appraisal, data extraction, and evidence synthesis. Simone has worked on evidence reviews for NICE, NIHR, Welsh Government, What Works Centre for Children’s Social Care, and the Centre for Homelessness Impact. Simone is also involved in teaching systematic review methods for the SURE Systematic Review course. In her role with CEDAR, Simone currently provides systematic review expertise for work on the NICE Medical Technologies Evaluation Programme.
