Deputy Cedar Director / Value Based Healthcare Lead

Kathleen has a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Control (Greenwich University), an MSc in Medical Toxicology (University of Wales College of Medicine) and PG Cert Health Economics (Aberdeen) and is an Honorary Research Associate at Cardiff University (Biomedical Engineering Research Group). Kathleen previously worked in industry before moving to the NHS where she worked as a Specialist in Poisons Information at the National Poisons Information Service (Cardiff) before moving to CEDAR. Kathleen has expertise in qualitative research and the development and use of patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) and currently works on the Value in Health National Programme supporting PROMs implementation and data analysis.
