Senior Researcher
Elinor has a BSc (Hons) in Human and Social Science (Cardiff University), a Master of Public Health (Cardiff University), and recently completed a PhD in Vision Science (Cardiff University). Elinor's PhD focused on evaluating the safety of eye care services for patients within Wales, utilising a mixed-methods approach. She is experienced in assessing patient safety and safety culture, with a view to improve the safety of health care services.
Elinor has expertise in utilising both quantitative and qualitative research methods in public health research, through the design and management of research and evaluation projects. She has a keen interest in conducting in-depth evaluations of complex health care systems that lead to wide-reaching impacts and the facilitation of service improvement.
