Senior Researcher
Jasmine has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology (Cardiff University), an MSc in Research Methods in Psychology (Swansea University) and a PhD in Psychology (University of Portsmouth). Jasmine’s PhD focused on individual differences and how they impact the social wellbeing of older people. Jasmine previously worked as a Senior Researcher at the University of Bristol Medical School, in this role Jasmine analysed linked cohort and routine administrative data to investigate the associations between school experience factors and offending behaviour. During her PhD training, Jasmine undertook a secondment with the UK Health & Security Agency (UKHSA) to gather evidence and undertake analysis that contributed to the national alert level assessment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jasmine has expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, report and publication writing, and teaching and supervision.
