Researcher
Agatha has a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience (Cardiff University) and a master’s degree in Neuroimaging (CUBRIC). She is an Evaluation Scientist, providing evidence synthesis and rapid reviews for NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee (JCC) and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). Her work involves several other CEDAR streams such as Research, Service Evaluation, and Welsh Value in Health (WViH).
Before joining CEDAR, she worked as a radiopharmacy technician producing aseptic single-use radiopharmaceutical injections for various imaging protocols (bone cancer metastasis, renal morphology, thyroid imaging). She also works as a senior research assistant (Cardiff Metropolitan University) on the ACTIF Project, measuring and predicting both cognitive and physical decline in elderly populations.
