User Acceptance Testing of the National PROMs Platform's e-forms

Alongside the WVIHC’s Implementation Team, Cedar performs user acceptance testing (UAT) on all e-forms included on NHS Wales’ National PROMs Platform (NPP) developed by Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW). This is an iterative process which begins with testing the e-forms on the platform from start to end. Testing includes ensuring that the e-from meets the license requirements, by checking question layout, button functionality, size, colour and grammar. Any issues are reported back to DHCW’s NPP development team who address the issues, before being tested again by the WVIHC’s Implementation Team and Cedar. This process is repeated until all issues have been resolved. Since 2016, over 30 e-forms have undergone UAT in both the English and Welsh languages.
