The Podiatry department at Cardiff & Vale UHB helps people to maintain and improve their foot health. As well as general foot conditions, there are specialist services for people with musculoskeletal foot problems, people with diabetes-related foot problems, and children who have foot problems.
Cedar has a reciprocal arrangement with Podiatry, with staff seconded to one another’s departments. The purpose is to increase research and evaluation capacity and capability amongst Allied Health Professionals, including supporting literature reviewing and research funding applications.
