Brothers, Dr Geraint Palmer from Cardiff University and Dr Robert Palmer from CEDAR, have won the Value-Based Principles Award in the National PROMs Annual Research Conference hosted by the Welsh Value in Health Centre. Their project was entitled: PROMs-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate waiting list prioritisation schemes against prudent healthcare principles. Well done both!
