Ann has worked for Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB) in its present and previous forms since 1994, particularly in the Clinical Engineering Department. Ann has undertaken a Modern Apprenticeship in Business and Administration NVQ Level 3 and passed. She has also successfully completed European Computer Driving Licence 5.0 and updated Minute Taking Course.  Ann has passed training courses in Managing Essential Documents in Research, Introduction to Research Governance, Data Management for Research in a Healthcare Setting. Ann has undertaken training in ISO 9001:2015 Transition. Ann is expert in the administrative and purchasing systems used throughout the UHB, and provides support to the research project team.
