PIPYN programme evaluation (participants)

Thank you for considering taking part in an interview to help us understand your experience of the PIPYN programme. This project is being carried out by CEDAR (Centre for healthcare Evaluation, Device Assessment and Research), which is part of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.

Please take the time to read the participant information sheet to help you decide whether you would like to take part. We can do the interview on a video call, by telephone, or in person. The appointment will be for an hour and a half to allow time to talk about the project and check that you’re happy to take part.

If you complete the expression of interest form and would like to take part, you’ll be contacted by a researcher from CEDAR to arrange the interview. This is most likely to be Christina Lloydwin, a senior researcher in the team, but may be another researcher.

Please click here to complete the expression of interest form if you are happy to take part in an interview.

Before the interview, the researcher will go through a consent process, to make sure you are happy to take part. We will talk through the form and the researcher will fill it in on your behalf.

The linked documents here are written in the English language, we will translate these into Welsh on request. Hawys Waddington is our Welsh-speaking researcher. Please contact Hawys via email at Hawys.Waddington@wales.nhs.uk or call the CEDAR office on 029 21844771 to request information and/or an interview in Welsh.
